STRATFORD LITTLE LEAGUE REGISTRATION INFORMATION

2024 Stratford Little League Registration Information and Eligibility Requirements

** Please read the following information before proceeding to online registration **

1. AGE VERIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Stratford Little League provides programs for players “League Age” 4 to 14. You can determine your child's league age by clicking this link - League Age Calculator. Once you have determined what age group your child falls into, you will need to make sure you have an original birth certificate to show proof of your child’s age. You will be required to upload a copy of your player's birth certificate during the registration process, and will not be able to proceed with registration until you have done so, so please make sure you have your players birth certificate before beginning the registration process. It must be a clearly legible document.

2. RESIDENCY AND SCHOOL ATTENDANCE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Confirm that your player meets the Residency or School Attendance Eligibility requirements - players will be eligible to play with SLL only if you reside or attend a school within the SLL boundaries.

SCHOOL ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS:

If you reside within our league boundaries and your child attends one of the following schools, you are eligible to play in SLL:

Chapel School
Eli Whitney School
Flood Middle School
Franklin School
Johnson School
Lordship School
Nichols School
Second Hill School
Stratford Academy Johnson House School
Stratford Academy Victoria Soto
St. James School
St. Marks School
Wilcoxson School
Wooster Middle School

Players and their parents/guardians are advised that a false statement of age, residence or school attendance may lead to ineligibility to play Little League Baseball or Softball.

3. Once you have completed these steps, you can now proceed to Online Registration. Note: You will only be able to register your player in the division for which they are League Age eligible.

*If your player does not meet the Little League residency or School Attendance requirements but you feel your player may be eligible with a waiver, before proceeding to online registration please contact:

2024 REGISTRATION FEES

BASEBALL DIVISIONS	FEES
Tee Ball (Age 4-5-6)	$75
A - Coach Pitch (Age 6-7)	$150
AA - Machine Pitch (Ages 7-8)	$150
AAA - Player Pitch (Ages 9-10)	$200
Intermediate (Ages 11-12)	$200
GIRLS SOFTBALL DIVISIONS A Softball (Ages 5-6)	FREE
AA Softball (Ages 7-8)	$110
AAA Softball (Ages 9-10)	$135
Majors Softball (Ages 11-12)	$160
Juniors Softball (Ages 13-14)	$185
ALL FEES WILL INCREASE On March 1, 2024

- Any registration on or after March 1, 2024 will be assessed a $20 late fee. Any registration after March 15 will be assessed a $35 late fee.

This fee structure is necessary to manage the equipment and other team associated costs related to registering late that the league has historically absorbed.

T-Mobile Call Up Program
The T-Mobile Little League® Call Up Grant is dedicated to helping families in need by covering registration fees associated with their local Little League program. T-Mobile and Little League share the belief that every child should have the chance to experience Little League, regardless of their financial or personal situation.

The T-Mobile Little League® Call Up Grant offers a simple-to-use application to assist families in need with registration fees. Our goal is to provide resources to get and keep children on the field. Families interested in applying for a grant should click the button below:

SCHOLARSHIPS
Stratford Little League believes every child should have the opportunity to play Little League. Thanks to generous donations from our SLL sponsors, we are able to grant scholarships due to financial hardships for our registrations fees on a first come, first served basis. For confidential scholarship inquiries, please contact the League Treasurer .

REFUND POLICY

- If a player decides to withdraw, a refund of the registration fee is available only up until the time of a player's first game.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 - 10 days of receiving notice.
