Dear Baseball and Softball Families of Stratford Little League,
Our board of directors has been closely monitoring the national situation as it relates to the spread of COVID-19/Coronavirus. As all of you are aware we take the situation of player safety very seriously. At this point in time it is not possible to tell what disruptions to our schedule will occur. It is very early into our spring season and we are currently ordering uniforms, preparing teams, and trying to conduct coaching seminars. Practices that were slated to start for some teams as early as next week are currently on hold until we receive additional guidance from Town of Stratford Health Department Officials and the Center for disease Control. Games at this point are yet to be impacted because they are not scheduled to start until early to mid April. Due to the fact that this is an ever changing situation we will keep you updated on any changes that will affect league plans.
